Objectives of Lorapacare

The objectives of Lorapat standard care :

· Provide 7 day / 52-week health care services.

· Meet the person-centred needs of service users, considering their culture, religion, sexuality, gender, disability, and race.

· Provide an immediate response in regard to service provision where appropriate.                                                                                        

· To work in partnership with the service user and carers, respecting their rights, privacy, dignity, and choice.

· To liaise with staff within the Local Authority, health care commissioning services, the Voluntary Sector, and other relevant agencies.

· Respond to all situations in a sensitive and caring manner.

· Ensure that the service provided isEnsure that the service user is notified immediately of any changes to the service.

· Be a learning organisation that continually improves what Lorapat standard care & geotec services limited is able to offer service users.

· Encourage service users to give feedback such as participating in surveys, and commenting on the services that are offered so that further improvements can be made to service provision.

· Ensure all staff have the competency and motivation to deliver the required standards of care, ensuring that they have the right skills, and training to carry out their duties competently.

· Take measures to protect against abuse.

· Have zero tolerance of all forms of abuse.

· Provide service users with an environment which is safe and friendly.

· Operate on a financially sound basis.
